Hi, I ordered (1068815520) from you last night and the food was great, the burger in particular, but unfortunately my side of skin of fries was missed. Tonight we ordered our second ever order from you, and unfortunately the order was completely incorrect. From experience of other take always local to us, this has traditionally led to a very bad experience. Here it was the opposite, despite our initial annoyance and anger, Brooklyn craft went more than out of their way to correct the mistake, they took responsibility, apologised, and more than made amends. The food was also delicious, utterly, they turned it around completely and made us go from saying we’d never order from them again to saying we might in future only order from here. More than impressed, thank you for going above and beyond. And the food was tremendous. Thank you.

Hi team, Had your burgers for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was instantly hooked - gorgeous! I've noticed that I've been awarded points for my orders but I can't see how I use / redeem them? I've also noticed an option for student discount but, again, there is no information on how to activate / use this. Can you give me some information on both please?

had a little hickup with delivery. app stated food had been delivered but hadn't. delivery driver apologised and explained the satnav took him to the wrong street but it happens. never ordered from here before but will do again, food was really nice. highly recommended :)
